The Products are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC), which acts as the Merchant of Record for the transaction, handles payment, and is responsible for collecting any applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax) in your jurisdiction. Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to the payment portion of your transaction.

After successful payment, you will receive a welcome email and the first of seven daily emails. Subsequent emails are delivered automatically on the following six days.

Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and may be presented in your local currency at checkout for convenience.

Under EU consumer law, you typically have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. However, this right does not apply to the supply of digital content where performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

By purchasing the Product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once delivery has commenced. Delivery begins with the welcome email sent immediately after successful payment.

No refunds are issued after delivery has begun, as the Product is a digital content service delivered in full over seven days and cannot be returned in its original state.

In exceptional cases (technical failure preventing delivery, accidental duplicate purchase), please contact hello@claritydzen.com within 14 days and we will review the situation in good faith.

All content on the Website and in the Products — including text, design, illustrations, layouts, and structural arrangements — is owned by us or used under license, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the Product content for your personal, non-commercial reflection and practice. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, resell, sublicense, translate, or create derivative works from the content, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• access the Products by means other than the intended purchase flow;
• share, forward, or republish the email content with third parties;

The Products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee any specific outcomes related to behavior change, mental wellbeing, productivity, decision-making, or any other personal result. Individual experience varies, and the Products require your active engagement to be useful.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Products if you breach these Terms or use the Products in a way that harms us, other users, or third parties. If you breach the Terms after purchase but before completion of the seven-day delivery, refunds will be considered at our sole discretion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers where reasonable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Novi Sad, Serbia.

Nothing in this clause deprives consumers domiciled in the European Union of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
